How it works
British manufacturer CGON have developed a revolutionary new fuel technology which could drastically improve the emissions produced by your engine by up to 80 per cent and save money on your fuel bills by up to 20 percent. CGON manufactures a range of hydrogen fuel additive systems designed to reduce emissions, increase fuel efficiency and keep diesel particulate filters clean. The 100% recyclable hydrogen additive box has been developed over the past eight years at CGON’s R&D facility in the UK. The system, which can be used on any fossil fuel engine, creates a small amount of on-demand hydrogen directly into the fuel-air mix from an electrolyte solution, delivering a more complete combustion cycle. The technology works by introducing small amounts of pure hydrogen directly into the inlet chamber where it combines with the fuel-air mixture.

What Does Mean?
CGON says this means that almost all waste gases are eliminated, drastically reducing harmful emissions, and because the technology increases engine efficiency, less fuel is used, with real-world drivers reporting savings of up to 20%.
In addition, in a diesel engine, the much cleaner emissions also put less stress on the particulate filter resulting in reduced maintenance and time off the road. The product also claims to reduce engine running temperatures and hydrocarbon build up, prolonging the life of Diesel Particulate Filters (DPF) on diesel cars.
