Travelling through Chipping Norton today from 3hrs away and my exhaust box broke hanging off, found this garage and they kindly helped put it right straight away.

To say I was impressed with their service is an understatement - it’s Monday afternoon, they were short staffed, busy and yet they kindly looked at it, gave me a couple of options and sorted it all quickly for me - at a very reasonable price too.

Whilst waiting for my car, I saw all the mechanics interact with customers either face to face or by telephone, every one went beyond the extra mile in different ways to help.
This kind of customer service is rare in this day and age.

These guys are amazing , travelling from north wales and was 185 miles away from home when the wheels started grinding making such a horrible noise. Worried about my family’s safety we googled the nearest garage and found these guys , even with it being Friday at 4.30pm without questioning it they put the car on the ramp and checked every part making sure it was 100% okay to drive . Turned out to be something not as serious but made sure to get it sorted when we got back .
